Photo series Stars presents Finnish pop and rock musicians of the millennium in their gigs in Tullikamari Klubi and Pakkahuone. Black and white photographs were published as an exhibition and book. Stars is a homage to the tradition of Finnish popular music culture and it´s continuators, currents and upcoming.
Anglo-American bubblegum has gained ground but many linguistic areas have their own bizarre actions going on – and that maybe don´t open in other areas. Finnish – or French – rock´und´roll sounds maybe comical bustle, but it is not. A premiere of the show was in 2002.
